At quinexa, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes the original packaging where applicable.

Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other product-specific restrictions.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required packaging may not qualify for a refund.
